By accessing or using Moltbox products and services ("Services"), including the Moltbox Desktop application, Moltbox Hardware devices, and related websites (moltbox.io, molt.bot, openclaw.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Services are provided by Atono Labs ("Company", "we", "us").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Moltbox provides software and hardware products for running AI agents locally on user-owned hardware. Our Services include:

• Moltbox Desktop: A native macOS application for running containerised AI agents locally.
• Moltbox Hardware: Pre-configured edge computing devices sold at cost for running AI agents.
• Moltbot: An AI agent runtime that connects to messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.).
• OpenClaw: An open-source AI assistant framework.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Moltbox Services are offered on a subscription basis at the prices listed on our website. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees on a monthly basis.
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.

Hardware purchases are one-time transactions. Hardware is sold at cost and is non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Engage in activities that could damage, disable, or impair our Services.
• Use AI agents to impersonate others or engage in fraud.
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls.

6. Privacy and Data

Moltbox is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your AI agents run locally on your hardware, and we do not access, collect, or store your agent data, conversations, or files. 7. Third-Party AI Providers

Moltbox connects to third-party AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) using your own API keys. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Atono Labs is not responsible for the conduct, data practices, or availability of third-party AI providers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Moltbox software, branding, and proprietary components are owned by Atono Labs. The OpenClaw framework is available under its open-source licence. Your use of our Services does not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

Content you create using our Services remains yours.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI agents may produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs — you are responsible for reviewing and acting on agent outputs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atono Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but any data stored locally on your devices remains yours.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
